Seeking Partner for Leadership Development firm
Almost 20 years ago I transitioned away from a successful and satisfying career as a business executive because I wanted more. I started a leadership development firm in the Pacific Northwest which now serves an international clientele and which has achieved consistent annual growth. The mission of our firm has been to reduce human suffering. Every day, we see the ways in which the work we do has changed lives and organizations for the better. We have fun, we love working together, and our clients keep coming back for more. We’re constantly evolving our products and services. It’s very creative and very interesting work. Our 2020 business strategy calls for us to seek another partner for our firm. The nature of this partnership could take a number of different forms, and wouldn’t necessarily be restricted by location. We can discuss what these options are if the following sounds like it might be you:
- A seasoned manager or executive with 20+ years in business leadership.
- A person who has compassion for each and every person they meet.
- A person who wants to step out of the “corner office” into a life of service, helping others by challenging and supporting their efforts to grow themselves and their organizations.
- A person who’s willing to speak truth to clients courageously and professionally.
- A person who is willing to take on a certain amount of entrepreneurial risk to secure a new and exciting career change.
- A person who is willing to leverage current networks and build future networks that will aid significantly in business development for the firm.
- A person who can help the current owner of the business execute a successful transition away from the business in the next 5-8 years.

Starting my Leadership Development business was the best decision I ever made, and the business, with its strong mission, and outstanding intellectual property and methodologies, deserves to grow beyond my capabilities and after my exit.Jim Hessler
